Welcome to Sincreative’s self-service page for processing warranty requests and making inquiries. This page is for you to reach out to us when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any other issue you’re experiencing. We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your Sincreative purchase may have caused.
Please note this page is for purchases made through this website or the Sincreative Direct store on sites such as Amazon and Walmart. 
All products purchased from Sincreative.come and other Authorized retailers with a hassle-free warranty. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on this chart. You can also verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of your message.
If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the feedback form below.

What we will do

Should your Sincreative product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the Warranty period, Sincreative will arrange to have your original product returned to us, and either deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you, free of charge or apply such other remedy as described below. Some models may have longer warranty periods on the product or specific components so please consult the individual product warranty for complete terms and conditions.

Please follow these instructions, subject to the terms of the Warranty, to receive faster service:
1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form below.

2. Have the original or a copy of the sales receipt.

3. If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the Warranty, Sincreative will send a pre-paid shipping label via email so that the product may be sent to Sincreative at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the product, Sincreative may ship the replacement or contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address Warranty claims is up to 10 business days, plus shipping, depending on your geographical location and type of damage or Warranty claim.

4. For additional protection of the product and to ensure secure handling while a product is being returned for any Warranty repair, Sincreative recommends that you use Sincreative’s shipping label or a traceable, insured delivery service. Sincreative is not responsible for any damage while a product is in transit.

Warranty Information Tips


Order ID: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through.

Model Number: You can find this in your account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product. Some products come with the model number printed directly on them. Model numbers help us identify the exact make and model of your product more accurately than a product name would.


Note: Before Sincreative can release a replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
